Reheat
International are pleased to announce completion and
opening of their brand new purpose built MRO facility
located in Alton, Hampshire, UK.
Effective
30th March 2009 Reheat International have
relocated to their new 12,000 sq. ft. facility, located
at Riverside, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 2UK, UK. The
facility comprises component repair workshops,
warehousing and offices dedicated to providing true
“one stop shop” aftermarket support for a
comprehensive range of aircraft galley equipment.
Approved as an EASA 145, FAA 145 and TCCA maintenance
organisation the larger workshops provide additional
capacity and capabilities. To compliment these extensive
repair capabilities Reheat now has over 700 ovens, oven
control modules, coffee & espresso makers, water
boilers, toilet water heaters, hot cups and faucet
assemblies in stock available for sale, exchange, or
loan.
The
new facility also allow’s for expansion of Reheat’s
product distribution and service centre activities.
Reheat currently acts as the authorised European
distributor for Skylock Industries (innovative interior
hardware products), MAPCO (galley liquid containers
& warming ovens), Norduyn (aircraft stretchers, oven
inserts and baby bassinets) and International Water
Guard (aircraft potable water treatment systems). Reheat
is also an authorised

Reheat

Reheat International have now
opened a second EASA 145 component repair workshop and warehouse
facility in Alton,
Hampshire, UK. This new facility
will add additional workshop capacity and also provide space for Reheat
to hold a larger inventory of galley equipment for sale and exchange.
Reheat now holds almost 500 ovens, coffee makers, water boilers, hot
cups and faucets in stock for sale or exchange. Please contact us if

Monarch
Aircraft Engineering have outsourced the repair of all of their
aircraft galley insert equipment to Reheat. The new long term contract
means that
Reheat will provide component repair and exchange services to Monarch
in support of their entire aircraft fleet.
Reheat
International is pleased to announce that as of 1st January
2005 it has been appointed as the Authorized Service Centre for UK
and Ireland
by Iacobucci Spa based in Italy. Iacobucci manufacture a range
of galley and interior products including Coffee Makers, Espresso & Cappuccino
Makers, Trash Compactors, meal carts and trolleys. Under the
agreement Reheat is authorized to provide component repair services
and will stock and distribute spare parts for customers using
Iacobucci products.
Reheat
International has concluded the purchase of the surplus stock
of galley equipment spare parts from Ansett Aircraft Spares & Services.
The stock formed part of the surplus material left over from
the demise of Ansett Airlines in Australia and is made up of New
condition parts formerly used in Ansett's own workshops and has
been added to Reheat's existing large inventory of parts applicable to the support of galley equipment.
New
Distribution Agreements
Reheat
International is pleased to announce that it has recently signed
two new product distributiion and service centre support agreements
with US based OEM's. These agreements are with Skylock Industries
based out of California, USA and Midwest Aircraft Products Company
(MAPCO) based in Ohio, USA. These agreements appoint Reheat as
the authorised European Distributor and Service Centre for these
companies products and services.
Reheat
will be stocking new condition rotable and consumable parts from
these manufacturers in the UK and can offer product support as
well as warranty and non warranty component repair. With immediate
effect Reheat will be responsible for receiving and administering
all purchase and repair orders for such products and services required
by European based customers.

FAR
145 approval
Reheat
International is pleased to announce that it has now been granted FAR 145
approval by the FAA to complement its existing JAR 145 approval. This will
allow dual release certification on aircraft galley equipment parts within
its capability. The FAA Repair Station number for Reheat International is
RHUY491X.
Additional
Capability at Reheat
Reheat
International are pleased to announce the addition of some new products
to their component repair capabilities. With immediate effect we can offer
repair support and the provision of spare parts for a range of aircraft
galley and lavatory Faucet assemblies and Liquid Soap Dispensers.
The
range of Faucets includes products manufactured by the following OEM's and
can be found fitted on many aircraft types:

Adams Rite Aerospace
Aqua Butzke Werke
The
Liquid Soap Dispensers are the B822, B823, B824, B825, D992, D993 and D995
series models manufactured by CWF Chemie Frankfurt GmbH and are commonly
fitted on Airbus A319, A320, A330 and A340 aircraft types amongst others.
ILS
Reheat International are
now listing all rotable and consummable material for sale on the ILS.
Current stock for sale
encompasses more than 1000 line items of parts for Rumbold, Inventum, Sell,
Lermer, Dreissen, AIM Aviation (Henshalls) and B/B Aerospace Products.
